SKILL DEVOLOPMENT

Smart IT Services is keen to execute DeenDayalUpadhaya Grameen Kaushal Yojna(DDU-GKY) project in collaboration with the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Govt. of INDIA and Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development (PBSSD), Govt. of West Bengal& Assam Skill Rural Livelihood Mission Govt. of Assam to ensuresustainable employment opportunities for the youth of the state of West Bengal and Assam. We have been enlisted as a project implementing agencies (PIA) to execute the sanctioned numbers of 2476 beneficiaries under 2 DDU-GKY projects and 1 Roshni project on the respective states under the supervision of our hon’ble director Shri Suresh Kumar Jain.

Our mission is to find out the school/college drop out candidates or the unemployment youth ages of 15-35 yrs. who are under BPL category maintaining social inclusion chapter as per SOP. Our Training centresare at Agarpara, Kolkata, West Bengal and Dhubri, Assam. Candidates (i.e.; Male and Female both) are coming from different districts for Training and we are also arranging their 3-times food and accommodationbased on the DDU-GKY parameters. External assessment is conducting through Sector Skill Council (i.e.; TSC) once they have completed their training, certified candidates has been felicitated with the NSDC-SSC approved certificate. Placement part is the most important element in this project. Placement means candidate have to complete their 3 consecutive months service in the organized sector having with the evidence notified in the SOP.Post placement, candidates are getting some amount for a certain period of time as per their domicile area.
